When opening a spectral pack, I exited to main menu and closed the game. When I relaunched, I was back in the shop menu but with the spectral card picker options. I cannot get to the "use" on the spectral card behind the hand as shown in the screenshot.

But exiting the game while in an opened booster pack has led to that screen a few different times
