Changed to my laptop as I'm away from home.
Some unlocks are present, those appeared to be based off of steam achievements perhaps? But many other things remain locked, I can't even continue a run I was doing previously since it's using a locked deck, but you can see that I still have some of the stakes there. Somewhat odd haha.

For now I'll just use the unlock all button, but a little sad I can't make progress on my main profile haha

So back to my home computer, and uh oh, the bug is persisting, so, turns out my main profile now has things locked again? shoot

unfortunately yeah Steam Cloud is awful right now

#

when you play Balatro on another device it'll not transfer unlocks and that save gets written into the Cloud

#

then when you switch back Steam will override your save with the one in the Cloud

It seems like I just unlocked a bunch after winning my run, idk if it was everything, but it looks like I have all my unlocked decks back? hmm

although yeah hm, I see I don't 'have all spectrals or jokers or etc in the collection
