Math and Chance Tooltips [WIP, Help wanted]

Trying to modify tooltip of card remaining menu to show probability of drawing a card. Would need to include the following

% chance to draw suit

% chance to draw type (ace, face, number)

% chance to draw specific card type ex. any 9's, 3 of clubs, or hovered upgraded card

would also need the hovered menu showing the table of cards to be viewable and not just a pop up from hovering

This would be a "Per card draw" calculation, rather than having one for each possible discarded or played card
