seed money still spawning in "rich get richer" challenge

so i was playing the "rich get richer" challenge and get both seed money and money tree vouchers
still the seed money voucher still actually spawned in the shop
now redeeming it does nothing obviously but should still patch this to prevent an useless voucher

if you use the seed money voucher it actually kills your interest and re-sets it down to 10.

it killed one of my runs that way
