As the screenshots show, when I go to the next round, still have "4" discards. Same as the voucher that can +1 hands per round. They don't work at the 1.0.0L-Full version

This is just a wording issue, they work as intended, which is giving you one extra base discard/hand

wow that would be crazy broken if it gave you +1 discard per round. i can see now how that wording would be confusing but no, its just +1 discard permanently. probably should just remove the "per round" part.
