So I found out the hard way that when you can't draw cards if you open a spectral pack that has only deck modifying cards the game will not let yoy uses the cards and it wont let you skip the pack. I couldn't find a way to get around it thus ending my run.
(This happend in the tax challenge run the removes 1 hand size for every $5 you have.)
Also I am not sure if this can only happen with spectral packs but it may also occur with tero packs.
