Shot in the dark - but have you ever installed something called Love2D?

And is there something being blocked by the security center in your mac?

I don't think macOS have any native "security center". If you mean Gatekeeper, instead of crashing instantly, a warning window says "you should move it to the trach" will pop up every time user open the program

#

(btw, programs on Steam usually won't have such signature issue that makes Gatekeeper prevent the program from launching, as Steam will handle it

Binding of Isaac. But I just had to remove the mod folder. I don’t have mods for balata tho
