Make clubs blue even with high contrast mode off

Spades and clubs are too similar in color. Diamonds were already changed from the traditional red -> orange, can we please make clubs blue?

High contrast mode is too extreme a fix for this for non-color blind people as it shifts the colors of everything in the game.

Better yet, a feature to customize the color of every suit individually, and perhaps make it affect the jokers that have suits in their designs and the colored text
