high ruin
I've been playing primarily on steam deck and went to play on my PC, and I can't continue my run because I don't have the deck unlocked. it appears the cloud save synchronized successfully, but the unlocks didn't transfer so I can't play any of the decks I've unlocked.
In the attached image you can see the stats I have for an ongoing run and the continue button is enabled, but the deck is locked and the play button is not active.
