If you open a Mega pack and skip both selections, Red Card only advances once, when it feels like it should logically advance twice. Since you can open a Mega pack, pick a 1st card, and then skip the 2nd selection to still get one Red Card advance, it feels like skipping both selections from a Mega pack should advance Red Card twice; otherwise, one pack skip is just lost.
