Certificate breaking suit based bosses

played against the head so all hearts debuffed, certificate spawned a heart card and it wasn't debuffed, is this intended or am I a hacker

I'm not thunk so I can't be sure but I believe this is because the bosses work by going through your full deck at the beginning of the blind and debuffing whatever cards it should, and certificate adds the card to your hand/full deck after that. so maybe not intended but not a bug?

Counterpoint: IIRC suit cards do get debuffed mid-fight if you use a tarot card to add a Wild Card enhancement during the fight.
