Mr. Bones will not save you should you lose by deck-out while still having remaining hands

After playing this pair of Aces, Mr Bones self-destructed, and I get a game loss immediately despite having more than 25% total chips required.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Have more than 1 hand remaining, Mr Bones, no cards in deck and more than 25% of total chips required.
2. Play all of your remaining cards
