Windows 10 - x64 - 64gb of RAM - 3090 - [i7-11700K]
App does eventually recover, but it seems random on when there are these hung process events.

I had this same problem and fixed it my going into task manager and stopping 'nvidia container'

According to Reddit, a bios update might also be the fix.

Don't think that's even really a solution. That's a process NVidia creates, and keeps creating.

To be specific, I ended the task during a hang in balatro. Idk if that is necessary though.
Do you have any programs you could use to monitor your hardware?

Yeah I did that. Task manager is good enough for showing that the resources aren't being used. No other games (Much higher intensity games like CS2, Apex, Helldivers) have this issue.

i get the same thing with Windows 10-x64-3070ti and i5-12600k, recovers 90% of the time, but does crash sometimes. No issues with other games.
