I finished a run with the Erratic Deck on Red Stake difficulty, but Steam gave me the Completionist+ achievement.
I only have one win with Gold Stake difficulty with the Ghost Deck.

Same thing happened to me

I had beaten golden stake with 1 deck

And when I beat a run with Erratic deck on White Stake, being my last remaining deck to beat in white stake, I got the achievement

I have also had this happen to me. Won run was Blue Deck on the Red Stake difficulty level. Also unlocked You Get What You Get in the same run. All decks on white stake were beaten prior to the run.
