I've played for a bit over 20 hours, in this time I've used 30 WoF cards and not once have gotten anything but a "nope". As an added detail: in 2 or 3 of the attemps I had the "Oops! All 6s" Joker. I realize 1 in 4 doesn't mean it needs to happen once every four attempts (or even a thousand), but at some point one starts to wonder haha.

This isn't a statistically significant result. Humans are notoriously bad at intuitively understanding probability.

I heard that the way that wof works is that it picks a random joker you have and then rolls the d4. so if you have several jokers that are already modified it will not proc on them

right ok. I asked in modding chat, the bit I was missing is that I thought that 'pick a random joker and then roll' meant 'if the joker that is picked is modified then it auto fails' rather than 'pick a random non-augmented joker'
