If you perkeo fools and use the fools for tarot cards you can go over the max, but once over the maxs using another negative fool just makes the fool disappear and not use

I suppose its because negative its +1 spot and fool creates a card before destroying itself
bc if not youd need another space to create a card
and then you go under above the limit bc the negative fool that gave +1 spots got used and is no longer there
if this happens just use the card that the negative fool created go back to the limit

So if you pull this off with a stencil do you just destroy your mult?

Stencil doesn’t count itself when it’s in your hand. So if you have 5 slots and you’re holding Stencil, it’ll say 5 open spots/5X. If you have a have two Stencils, one negative, you’d have 6 joker slots and they’d both say 6X.
I think the idea is thematically that it’s just a stencil of a joker, not an actual joker

I am fairly certain that stencil having a negative mult would just either be completely ignored or would just take the absolute value when scoring. Would be funny to have a negative score though, can allow for more joker triggers (obviously objectively important)
