Yeah I think +1 mult would be fine especially considering this card alone would practically make a high card/pair build get off the ground by itself

I still fear it will be too similar to Ride the Buss though regardless, and this would just be a hand type limited poker with no downside for these hands. I suggest it could give a small chips increase instead, and make the gain per card scoring in the Pair or High Card. That way it would have more synergy with Stone cards and Jokers such as Splash. Then to give it some what of a downside instead of being all too easy and safe to scale it resets if you play any hand other than these, or at least subtract what you would otherwise would gain x 3.
