Apologies for the necro but based on the wording of the joker, this doesn’t really make sense since there are no cards so there are no suits, just like stone card is no suit. You could say all 0 cards are spade/clubs but you could also say all 0 cards are unsuited/hearts/diamonds. Maybe the wording needs to be changed? Had this happen on the challenge with low hand size.
