I believe that I may have found an issue. On a recent run, I had a single joker, "+1 Hand Size". This should have increased my hand count to 6, which it did. A few rounds go by and I bought a voucher to permanently increase hand size, which should have increased to 7. Is there are a hard cap at 6? Am I blind? It's very possible I missed something but I swear it didn't work as expected.
