Now, this may just potentially be a bug, but I'll put it out there.
I had a run with both Hone and Glow-Up, making Jokers with special editions much more likely to appear. I had a few antes left in that run, but I never saw a single one. As much as I wanna toss this to bad luck, this seems like a really strange case, especially with the stacking of the two vouchers. So I'm not sure if the increased likelihood actually took effect.

I have been enlightened on how the editions work

you are just unlucky from what I have learned

#

basically there is a random number between 0 and 1 and if it is in the range fotr editions, it gets editioned

and thenthat range increases with hone and glow up
