The game doesn't remember my progress, wins and unlocks. In the pictures there are exemples of decks and jokers I have played and won with that are locked again. I had the same issue with the last demo, but it never happened in the previous demos or the playtest version.

same for me i've won with differents stacks but decks are locked

A win with any deck on any stake reunlocks all of the decks.

Try starting up steam by ''run as administrator'' and it should be fine thats what works for me at least when games do that like vampire survivors dont know if it will work the same in balatro but worht giving a try
