The blind says that I should be drawing 3 cards whenever I play or discard. However, during my run, the first discard discarded 3 additional cards (reducing my hand size), and the blind no longer did anything afterwards.

I have gained an image of the problem (Note, I have +1 hand size). I played a 5 card hand, but I think it only gave me 2-3 back (it surely wasn't 5)

If you played a 5 card hand you would only get 3 back.
