Save Data Wiped After Crash

After a run, i went back to main menu afterwards to see my unlocks, then hit play to start again. the game crashed, and when i relaunched it, all my unlocks were gone, and hitting "play" started the tutorial again.

idk if there's a way to restore a save via steam achievements or manually. either way, i hope this can be fixed in a patch

I believe the crash log was sent, cause I had them opted in,

I've had a similiar problem, it doesn't seem to have removed all my unlocks, but it seems to have destroyed all trace of any wins I've had, all decks are reset to white chip stakes, the challenges page is locked, etc. Also happened after a crash, specifically right after I beat the knife challenge thingy

same problem. I had played it for 13h and everything just gone

at first I still got the collections which already been unlocked,but after that my data just wipped out since I started game again

i had no space on the drive, so i guess it had nowhere to save to?

it uses less than a megabyte for save data

it was just my boot drive that was full, I don't think my game was even installed in it

the game saves to %appdata%\Balatro\

it would be nice if the game let the user decide where to store the save data

same thing happened to me, I hope they implement a fix corrupted save button or something. Quitting for now

okay, it happened again, and it wasnt having no space

I also have had this same issue, my boot drive completely ran out of space and it caused my game to crash and corrupted my save data.
I am without any progress and have to start from ground zero.
