cause 4oak is a better hand than flush

#

if you have a lvl 3 high card your pair isnt a high card

Are you sure? Because i remember, if the high card represent more points than a pair for exemple (because you upgrade with planets the flat score of a hand), i think it's take the high card scoring. But you put me the doubt.
