I am trying to unlock the blank voucher upgrade. I have completed the required step and it has not unlocked.
I purchased one of these during a challenge that might have not counted but is still tracked as purchased?
I have attempted to fix this issue by starting a new run, and than dying to see if triggering the unlocks to happen again did anything, however it did not work
