The Plant - "All face cards are debuffed"
If Certificate hits a facecard at the start of the round, that face card is no longer debuffed and can be played and scored as normal.

I was messing around with cheats but this appears to happen for any kind of certificate card that should be disabled
such as verdant leaf

can't speak to that but just got a red sealed jack on ante 11 and the bug probably saved me
