Fair warning before I go off, I'm familiar with Bahasa Malaysia, which is very similar to Bahasa Indon, but with some dialect differences. Regardless, most of the feedback I give here should be relevant.

General Rules Wording

All instances of the word "scoring" and "is scored" uses the term "menang".
To my understanding, "menang" means "to win", which reads weirdly.
"Diskor" would probably be better (meaning "is scored").

For example:

Gold Seal
- Dapatkan **$3** saat kartu ini dimainkan dan menang.
+ Dapatkan **$3** saat kartu ini dimainkan dan diskor.

Odd Todd
- Kartu yang dimainkan dengan peringkat **ganjil** memberikan +30 Chip saat menang.
+ Kartu yang dimainkan dengan peringkat **ganjil** memberikan +30 Chip saat diskor.

The text regarding card enhancements was translated too literally.

- Mungkin setiap kartu yang dimainkan punya satu Enhancment, Edisi dan Seal.
+ Setiap kartu permainan boleh ada satu Enhancement, Edisi dan Seal.

Current version (red) translates to:
Maybe each card played has one Enhancement, Edition and Seal.
Green translates to:
Each playing card can have one Enhancement, Edition and Seal.

Translation doesn't know the difference between "playing cards" and "cards played" (see replied message).
It refers to both as "kartu yang dimainkan", which is specifically "card that is played".
Any instance of playing card should instead be "kartu permainan".

There could be some more translated terms.

(Note: This is where dialects may differ. I'm semi-confident about any with (?).)
Enhancement -> Peningkatan(?)
Seal -> Cap

Specific Cards

Not gonna touch the names because dilaects are pain. Will only go over ruling/grammar errors.

Fibonacci reads very weirdly.

Every Ace that is played, also 2, 3, 5 or 8 gives +8 Mult when it wins.

Probably came from the literal translation of 
"every played Ace, 2, 3..."
"setiap A yang dimainkan, 2, 3..."

Hack is named Impostor for some reason. This is very sus

I've put the English version of whatever I jot down in a Note for each cell in case you want to check what it is I've written

There's probably better terms out there but they escape me

Also when the heck did Foil become +50 Chips

i found an issue about instances of the word "of" such as "1 of 5" or "1 of 3" translate to "1 hingga 5" or "1 hingga 3", it should be "1 dari 5" or "1 dari 3", in the google form, which issue should i pick?

On the current spreadsheet (and the Beta version in-game), a lot of the issue regarding the translations are that the sentences are not suitable for the colloquial audience as it uses A LOT of 1970s formal words

I'll try and get the forms going if I have the time

and should "suit" be translated into "simbol"? and what would the four suits be translated into? i was thinking the classic "sekop", "hati", "wajik", and "keriting" but i don't know if other people use other terms for the four suits
