This joker doesn't make sense in my head, so I have such a hard time using it well. My thought process is that you need to add a specific card to your deck and/or modify it, then hope to draw it, and then make sure you can discard it instead of play it. When I've tried to make it work, it's great! But I can't wrap my head around using it

or be buffed to 1x

or be buffed to 0.25x or 0.5x but reset at end of boss blind instead

it's... okay. i've had some runs where i tried filling my deck with jacks specifically for this joker, and it was underwhelming.

as rare jokers go, it feels awkward to use. there are uncommon xmult cards that are better than this rare!

i agree. i feel like, as is, htr would fit better in the uncommon pool.i think the buff to reset at the end of the boss blind would be interesting, but i still wouldn't take it as a rare. it's just so meh

IMO this is a neat card concept that falls short in execution. There aren't enough jacks in the deck to make it a consistently good mult, and modifying the deck to have cards you don't want is such an unusual thing and feels like a waste when you could be modifying the deck to have more 5's or 2's or whatever goes well with your other jokers.

You can play jacks with htr once you get enough of them, though it is enough that you have to get the card pretty early to build around it

Had this in a build with Hack, Fibro, and either shortcut or 4 fingers. It seems to be useful as an extra boost for builds like that. There are better Jokers, but the fact it stacks per round makes it a bit more forgiving.

I believe it's the kind of joker that will shine brighter in the full 8 antes version
Thinking about it it's going to take time forgetting about the old 5 antes demo, things are going to be wildly different
