From what I remember last demo, when you played a failed hand in The Psychic, it wouldn't count towards Ride the Bus, even though it says per consecutive hand not per consecutive scoring hand. Yes the hand didn't actually count but it is still a hand nonetheless

This could apply to all the other "per hand" jokers too

i feel like changing it to scoring hand would just add confusion

because non-scoring hands aren't utilized at all
