Since we just got to see the new demo, this daily and the next couple will be jokers available from both demos! Starting off we have:

Four Fingers

All Flushes and Straights can be made with 4 cards.

Feel free to discuss balance, strategy, design, fun, art, etc. and its involvement in the new demo!

this is probably my favorite overall utility joker. Get it early in a run, and you can very likely play a straight flush build.

fun fact because there are still people that don't know this: you can make a straight flush with only 3 of the straight flush cards, +1 more unsuited straight card, and +1 more flush card

similarly works for Flush House and Flush Five, but you still need the full House and Five with the 4 flush cards

why is that?

it steals the attributes from other cards. Using your hand for example, it steals the 5's rank, as well as the 8's suit and add it to the existing straight hand

Using "the sun" tarot card's effect on all cards with a diamond suit (or "the star" on heats) and "the world" on clubs (or "the moon" on spades) effectively achieves the same thing as smeared joker would.

Four fingers considering any hand that plays a 4-card straight and a 4-card flush simultaneously as a straight flush is huge, considering that up to 5 cards can be played in a hand.

in previous demo, I had a funny habit to end up making 5 card straights if I had fingers 😭

with seance in the next demo though, it's going to be pretty bonkers, since vanilla straight flushes are very hard to force early game on 52 card deck
