So I added the subjective part because I don't actually think there's a correct answer, it's more interesting to see that people look at the same thing and perceive it slightly different

For example: in North America this is approximately the colour of a School bus, which people generally describe as Yellow, but when the same colour is in a different context it seems different

This is exactly between what I would call yellow or orange. It needs to be fully saturated to be orange, it needs to be lighter to be yellow.

It's only orange in the joker image because red has similar saturation. If the red was more saturated, I'd start considering the other color yellow and not orange.
