i don't think a card that has all enchantments could or should exist, imagine a +70 chips, +3 mult, X2 mult, wild, that if you play has a 50% chance of being destroyed when played, that returns to your hand when played, that if you keep in your hand you get +5 mult, that if you keep it in your hand on your winning hand gives you 3 dollars, that has a 20% chance of giving you +23 mult instead of +3, and that has a 5% chance of giving you 20 dollars.
