Effect: +4 hand size to the initial draw of the round
I thought first to give up to +6 at first but +4 is quite a lot to work with imo. I wanna do a pun on the pun quick draw and card draw as well as finish your opponent as quickly as possible, hence the bigger hand size.
Not really experience with painting in general (still trying very hard) but I think for a beginner that is pretty decent for me. If anyone think they can do better, feel free to take a crack at it.
