for each joker you bought for 6$ or less gives the Cheapskate joker +15 multi so say the other four you have were all 6 and under it would give a +60 multi (wouldn't apply to sell value only for what it cost a purchase) This joker would obviously cost more then 6 but even if i didn't still wouldn't apply to itself

15 is a little too crazy compared to the others
