ASCII (Uncommon): The first cards gain chips equal to its ascii value.
1~9: +49~57 chips
A: +65 chips
J, K: +74, 75 chips
Q: +81 chips
10: display "not ascii"

Here's what I'd assume it'd look like. except that it wouldn't be in the namco arcade game font.

That chip count is a little cracked

#

It needs to be balanced out bu something

"-1 mult per card (Cannot go below 1 mult)"?

That actually sounds balanced early but unfortunately later on that will become Insignificant since on a flush house you'd still have 15 mult minimum and something like mystic summit would immediately counteract the downside

#

Even if your mult goes all the way down to 1 you can just bring it back up with jokers

#

But I think the idea could be fun it just might be too powerful in its current state

What about "every 8th card you play gain chip equal to its ascii value(0/8)"?

8th seems a little extreme, maybe only once per hand?

A joker card shouldn’t be based on information a player may have to search up

#

It’s the reason why Fibonacci has its numbered specified

#

And having every character defined to a value from one joker feels clunky

#

Also you’ve made every card practically a better stone

I'd still like to see an ASCII-art-themed joker.
