When selecting Spectral cards that offer Benefit vs -1 max hand size, sometimes I can't recall if I've done this yet in the specific run I'm in. What I don't want to do is accidentally take a 2nd -1 hand size debuff, so showing hand size somewhere like deck size is always shown, would be helpful.

Couldn't you just count how many cards you draw in the pack, or do you just draw a set amount in Spectral packs

It's useful to see in other places like the store, for example if you're buying a hand size voucher

it would be nice to just have it visible around where hands and discards are now, it doesn't need to show up in game i guess since it's redundant but it wouldn't hurt anything

I was just talking about this in the general chat today. Localfunk needs to add this in my opinion, at least for consistency. The game is still an 11/10 either way.
