Okay so there is an AMD related graphics driver from August of last year that has an incompatibility with Love2D (The framework Balatro is made in)

The solution was to manually update graphics drivers, but I don't know yet because Radeon Graphics isn't descriptive enough

well i clicked a couple drop down arrows, one for processors and then one for display adapters cause i figured those would be close? and i see some AMD stuff

This sounds like a similar issue - your processer may have the incompatible drivers.

Please update drivers and see if that works
