Seeing the highlighted number on the new high priestess reminds me of the old death card that can select up to 3 cards.
I think it would be nice if there is a Joker or a Voucher that can increase number on tarot by 1.
If it's a Joker, it cannot be copied by blueprint and brainstorm. But multiple copies can be achieved by ring master or invisible joker. It will combos well with 8 ball and driver license.
If it's a Voucher, it can go up to +2 (unupgraded, upgraded version). but I don't know if it would be useful for most deck.
- Fool, Judgement: no effect
- Hermit, Temperance: +$1 max
- High priestess, Emperor: spawn +1 card
- Strength: selectable card +1 and increases rank +1
- Wheel of Fortune: both number will +1 (e.g. : 1 in 5 -> 2 in 6), proc before "oops all 6's".
- Others: selectable card +1
