That's true, I had other (probably too big) ideas that the 'put at the bottom of your deck' effect could potentially feed into. Like having abilities like this one that place cards at the bottom of your deck and separate abilities to draw X cards from the bottom of your deck for that one-two effect punch.
But at its simplest, joining this joker concept with the +1 hand size is a stacked benefit
