And i will socket with larzuk quest, i think it gives 4socket?

This isn't worth anything, not even with 4 sockets. Unless this was my first paladin shield on my first char, I would throw it away immediately
For it to be valuable you want close to or perfect all res (45), probably in a sacred targe (higher def, higher dmg) with 4 sockets. Enhanced damage might also be worth something on a paladin shield if used for smiting

Ty for answering. yes res are low. but shields like that are not requested ? (i say the same shape). I will check for sacred targe so. It can be damage enhanced on armor ? didn't know that

Munter is spot on.
If you take a look at recent sales on any trading platform, people always look for the elite shields (Sacred Targe and Vortex Shield are the top dogs) with 40+ res
If you want info, you can search auric shield automods, they either spawn with +All Res or Enhanced Dmg
