so this seems like it'll be worth more than it actually is

barbs have the best fcr frames in the game, and singers will run dual hotos usually so they'll have massive fcr to begin with

105% gives them 8 frames which is really really easy to get

200% is their last breakpoint, so the 16% fcr is actually a pain in the ass on this ammy

and no res either (which doesn't really matter with dual hotos)
