I submitted my Wix application and got the first feedback after 15 days. I’ve made all the requested changes and resubmitted it. Normally, I’d have to wait another 15 days for the new review.
Is there any team member available to review/validate it directly to avoid this delay?

It doesn't take that long after the initial review to hear back again - usually just a few days. It's also not optimal for the Wix team to wait long because they forgot what the app is about. 😛 I'm sure that they have a review queue and you'll hear back soon!
