What is Logitech G CLOUD?

The G CLOUD Gaming Handheld takes massive libraries of AAA titles and advanced graphics (up to 1080P/60FPS) from the cloud and puts them all in your hands. This allows you to play an immense variety of games from Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta), NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Shadow PC, Steam Link, and more, anywhere and anytime!

Troubleshooting

My micro SD card is not recognized on my CLOUD
CLOUD only supports FAT32 formatted micro SD cards. Connect the micro SD card to a PC to check and change the format of the card to FAT32.

Why isn't the correct memory size displayed when I insert a new SD card to my G CLOUD?
There are different memory size calculation methods between many SD card manufacturers and the Android operating system. This may lead to the reported size on Android being smaller or larger than the manufacturer's stated value.

In some cases, the extra memory size displayed by the system does not match the actual volume. This may be due to the compatibility of the memory card, but it will not affect the actual size and use of the extra memory card.

Why can't I open two or more apps in Handheld mode?
Currently, Handheld mode does not support multi-app functionality. You can switch to Tablet mode by turning on the multitasking feature in the “Labs” setting.

My joystick does not work on an app
Most in-game interfaces support the handheld controls and joysticks. Please note that some non-game interfaces do not support handheld controls or joysticks. To navigate in the app, you will need to use the touchscreen.

App does not switch to landscape mode
Some apps are designed in portrait mode for devices such as smartphones. They cannot switch to landscape mode.

My PC can’t read the CLOUD’s micro SD card
The CLOUD does not connect automatically to WiFi
The joystick and D-pad does not let me enter text or the WiFi password

when using tv-out I only see the app circle in buttom right coner and there is nothing else I can see but back ground color. I can still do stuff on my G- Cloud but does not show on my monitor. Need some help please.

Hi, I’m looking at getting a Logitech g cloud but the one thing holding me back is the many people complaining about the input delay on Xbox cloud gaming and streaming from your Xbox. Is the input delay really that bad. I’ve used the PlayStation Portal and didn’t see anything wrong with the delay in that and I wanted to know if the delay was comparable or if the g cloud was way worse

Will the input delay in the g cloud from both local streaming and cloud gaming be the same as input delay from cloud gaming on my phone?
