Game receiving Fatal Error upon loading in a save

Weird error, yesterday played a good 4 or 5 hours of Voin, no issues, no crashes
Boot it up today, get the error attached in the screenshot

This error occurs both on a new save start and old save so it's not a bricked or corrupted save.

Any clues on how to approach this would be appreciated

Have you tried the usual steps of verifying game files, reinstalling, updating drivers?
