while playing around with a lightning build using the storm tachi, I used the vortex skill and after getting the sword back while the skill was on cooldown, I used the third skill that sends you into the air in slow motion to strike. while in the air I pressed the vortex skill button again, this caused the sword recall animation to happen while I was midair in slow motion and I was not longer able to actually strike down and ended up sitting midair until the third skill came off of cooldown and I could use it again. after landing back on the ground, I could no longer use my dash or super dash abilities until I quit and restarted the game.

To add to this, I have also gotten stuck using the strike skill both on swords and on the hammers that have it. At first I thought it was related to colliding with a ceiling or tree. I think it may actually be related to the slow time effect when you parry an attack, at least on my set up using a controller the parry is x and the ability is LT + X and so i think there may be some overlap causing the character to get stuck and not be able to dash again afterwards. porting anywhere seems to resolve the issue, no need to restart for me.
