Hi there.
We're receiving a lot of 429 errors in many of our projects used from VAPI where concurrence does not exceeds 10 concurrent streaming connections (STT) in worst cases.

We're changing our provider to Azure.
This happens even in projects (93050597-e201-4cd6-88b1-eb32e166eed5) where only one concurrent connection is made (attached screenshot 2).
Please help.

This is invoked from VAPI (www.vapi.ai) agent platform, I don't know what programming language they are using...

Its not correct, even joining all projects requests we hardly could be reaching even 25 concurrent connections. Anyway whats the problem about having a project for each one of our customers?
We're not noticing failures cause we're switching to Azure but I think this is not a right strategy for Deepgram
Only one project is using Deepgram for our agents, about 578 listen requests in a day, less than 50 requests AT HOUR.
Well, this is what still happens in a development project ( 93050597-e201-4cd6-88b1-eb32e166eed5 ) , only 5 requests in a day and 429 responses present...
