So, you're supposed to receive $200 in credits when you sign up

I have signed up, confirmed email, connected, discord to my account, etc. I've also added a payment method in case I have cost overruns.

I intended on using part of that $200 in credits to test. Now I can't test, because those credits never showed up. What do I do?

Hi @hollow verge. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

If you did not receive your $200 in free credits after signing up for Deepgram, even after confirming your email and adding a payment method, this is not the expected behavior. According to Deepgram’s documentation and multiple integration guides, new users should receive $200 in free credit upon signup to test the platform’s features, including API access and integrations with services like Twilio, Amazon Connect, and others Transcribe Recorded Calls With Twilio, Amazon Connect and Deepgram.

If your credits did not appear:

  1. Double-check your Deepgram dashboard for any available credits.
  2. If the credits are still missing, you should contact Deepgram support directly. You can reach out via their Discord community or through GitHub Discussions, as suggested in their FAQ Deepgram Pricing FAQ.
  3. Provide details such as your signup date, project ID, and any relevant account information to help support resolve your issue quickly.

There is no information in the knowledge sources about self-service fixes for this issue, so contacting support is the recommended next step.
