#Robotic voice in twillo phone call

We are currently doing a POC with Voice Agent and using Thalia voice. When we hear this on the Deepgram website, it sounds natural, but when we get the phone call via Twilio, we see that the voice is very robotic. Are there any settings we need to look at to make the voice more natural

I am using the client's account right now. We are using Python as our programming language, and this is the latest request ID - "9690c36b-e301-4d93-9eef-f7194157f1c5"
