#Trying to install Deepgram locally

Hi,
We cannot get Docker and Rosetta to work with Deepgram, as the Deepgram-certificate is expired.

We need to install this offline deployment ASAP. We had it running 2 months ago, it does not work now.

Is there anybody here that can fix that probem?

Analysis: the certificates sent by the server are two certificate with different encryption algorithm and no intermediate or final CA cert. If the CA cert is not installed locally, then this is a problem.
The issuer is Deepgram itself and they're not in the default CA packages.

The certificate is not expired, but was renewed yesterday.

Thanks for getting back @deep silo
How would I fix that on our side then, any idea?

I don't know if the installation comes with a CA certificate. I would update the containers to make sure but otherwise wait for someone from Deeepgram to answer.

If you are using self-hosted, you have a paid support package and should reach out to your support representative - that’s a better forum for this style of question than the community 😊 I just DMed you your support details.
