I am transcribing some audio and just wondering why the model capitalizes some phrases and what it is looking for in order to do that?

This is an example output:

"But Tony, what did we think of LAD's TECHNIC. Number one, IT'S VISUALLY BEAUTIFUL. THANK YOU. Let me shout out. First, let me give a shout out to Alyssa KANDIADI AND VITO ISPLUM WHO PRODUCED. Who is the editor and Ianna Vallez, who did those beautiful graphics. I mean, I went back to her so many times for those graphics and they nailed it."

Does it do this with smart_format disabled?

I assume disabled, unless its by default. I wasn't aware of that functionality until now.

Can you confirm what options you were using to get the above, and if possible send me your request_id returned in the metadata for this

I'm using nova, and its a on-premise version. I don't have the request_id for this specific case.

transcribe_configs = { 'tier': 'nova', 'model': 'general', 'diarize': True, 'paragraphs': True, 'detect_language': True }

Thanks Alice. Can you send me your project ID? I will ask an AE to reach out to you, they'll be able to jump on a call with you and debug it, as you're contract and on-prem.
